Not a chance this case is going anywhere.

Question: What is it about dems and the people they vote for? Why vote for large, loud, overweight, bearded women when they can just elect men to run things?

Big ole open container of vodka that was beside her in the car doesn't really match the "couple glasses of wine" story but sure matches her inebriated state.

Why is that, Liburls opine ad nausem about Gay rights, equal treatment, acceptance, being politically correct. Then the first time they want to make fun of a straight man, they accuse him of being gay, as if it's some disease

Why don't you put him in black face and have him shuck and jive, It's just a stereotypical and hateful. and demeaning of a group of people. Your true colors are showing

Where are the comments about how all white people are bad, trouble makers that deserved to be shot and killed?

When this was about Jesse Jackson the comments were outrageous and unbelievable, except for Mr. Big Dog showing he was the only one with common sense in the thread.

It will be interesting to see how the tap dancing crowd will go about this. It as abuse of power; he is the governor of a state known for its conservatism and he broke state law. There isn't much room to call for bipartisanship or any of the other lame excuses that come from the nutsy side of the aisle. It is all inhouse. Personally I applaud him for wanting to get rid of Rosemary, but in his execution he proved he is no better than her.

Having said that we must ask what he could possibly be thinking? Had he followed state law he could have had her removed from office all the while garnering public support fom both sides of the aisle. It should have been a breeze had he used his brains. For his precipitous actions he forfeited any slim chance he might have had to run for the WH in 2016.

IMHO he should be indicted and convicted of public stupidity, which is a far more severe charge than abuse of power.

I'm gonna print that, frame it, and hang it on my wall.

He hasn't been convicted of anything yet, and likely wont be. So it's not an abuse of power yet. This indictment is clearly politically motivated.

I find it funny that the only thing people seem to post about the guy is photos of him eating sausage, when there's so much gold on the net that paints him in a bad light based on his speeches and debate performances. Says a lot about the poster I suppose.

ETA: he's giving a press conference at 3p EDT. That'll be interesting..

Top Dem Axelrod appears to support Perry, says indictment seems 'sketchy'

Texas GOP Gov. Rick Perry after being indicted this weekend got support Saturday from one of the country's most powerful Democrats-- former President Obama political adviser David Axelrod-- who tweeted that the charge seems "sketchy."

It looks like he has mastered his gag reflex...

I thought I was the only one that noticed this. He is quite impressive. He should be called Rick Deep Throat Perry. I can hear the crowd cheering this during the Presidential rallies
