I received a text message and email notifying me that my K1 petition has been accepted and forwarded onto the Texas Service Center. I'm from Pennsylvania so I'm curious as to why it was sent to the TSC and not VCS.

I received a text message and email notifying me that my K1 petition has been accepted and forwarded onto the Texas Service Center. I'm from Pennsylvania so I'm curious as to why it was sent to the TSC and not VCS.

Vermont Service Center ( VSC) had stopped processing I-129F back in July last year. Now, all petitions under VSC jurisdiction en route to Texas Service Center ( TSC). Because TSC is backlogging now then some of old petitions that already filed and processing are going to transfer to different service center.

*Biometric Appointment (07/20/2017)
