I checked out a few randomly & all denials seem to be valid. Not having met or showing proof of divorce. And the ones that had an rfe were sustained & passed. Very interesting.

How did you find this? It's very interesting.

I can't believe that they are getting denied because of things like

1. get RFE to submit G-325A, and they resent the copy of G-325

2. they had no proof of having met once in last 2 years

3. And...generally not following instructions properly...

You would think they would receive an a RFE for that. Perhaps they did and never responded?

However, it seems that this could be just an internal process that happens when we get RFEs. At least that's what I can get from reading this part:

for evidence (RFE) to afford the petitioner an opportunity to complete and submit a new page 3 of

If you look at that letter, the application was eventually approved on appeal.

It seems like the common theme is not following directions, and then ignoring an RFE or not following the instructions of the RFE. Needless to say, most of these people who were denied have never heard of VisaJourney

It appears all those guys just haven't read "Visajourney" Had they done so, they would never have made such silly mistakes in filing their petitions.

My fav about not proof of divorce is the people who file and don't know they are still married to previous spouse. Like what the what??

I know of few people who filed after getting married in beneficiaries country just to be denied because USCIS is like ummmmm you aren't divorced baby. I guess some people don't think USCIS checks things sure they let some things slip through but I have noticed lately an extra tightening the belt and making people come up with stuff you never would think.

But I guess if you are going to get denied at embassy after USCIS approved you, they need to do better job looking over shaky evidence.

All the ones I opened were for lack of evidence of having met personally in the last 2 years. Instructions are pretty clear even if you didn't use Visa Journey, I think, although I don't think I'd have made it through with such ease if it wasn't for VJ all those years ago.

It's rather amazing, how many of those denials are for failure to have met in the previos two years before filing. And how many sent in nothing at all, but for the filled in 129 paperwork.

It amazes me how many people start this without even reading just the basic instructions. Like TXBone always advises read the whole process not just petition at USCIS but know all the way to citizenship.

Then when they get RFE its all immigrations fault. Even dippy lawyers get it wrong because they don't read either. Goodness. I say those who get through the process deserve an automatic approval and law degree i swear.
