Hi.. I just wanted to confirm is there anybody got married after 90 days and approved I-130/ I-485???

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The timeline in your signature shows you got married within 30 days of POE, something happen?

Hello Hank, it's not its for my friend. Been read about married after 90days... But we want to confirm if there's some already got approved in this kind of situation.. Or does she need to go back to Philippines.

Tell him it file an I-130 right away, before anymore out-of-status time accumulates. Also file the I-485 at the same time. They will need to pay the full freight on the I-130 though, as the I-129F is now wasted $$$.
