Please go and click this petition request to have the white house fix the NVC hotline or make a website for us. We need 100,000 signatures to make it happen by SEP 14. If enough people do it, maybe we can get something done.

They do have a website and a petition will not make them get more phone lines or people.

Notice

The National Visa Center is experiencing a high volume of inquiries at this time due to the increased number of approved petitions the NVC is receiving from USCIS. You may experience longer wait times when calling us and longer response time when emailing us. We are working diligently to reduce these wait times and we appreciate your patience.

Before contacting us, we recommend that you review our online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below. You can find the answers to many of your questions in these FAQs.

Instead of going to click, you assume you know the answer ahead of time and it will make no difference. The website for state department does not give any information on the NVC status before you start the process. You have no way to check on it without calling them. And believe me, I have been calling them for a few months now. Every day now I get more and more documents back from USCIS saying this is done, and save this other for the NVC. And then nothing back from the NVC. So, yes, I am calling them every other day for information.

What I am saying, if you don't want to click no need. But don't distract others from making that click simply because of your personal viewpoint. While it might not help my beneficiaries, it may help someone in the future if we can get a response.
