Ceac no status 2 months ago... HELP!!

I filed for a b1/b2 visa renewal on june 20. I just filed my previous visa and ds160 form since i was eligible for interview waiver program.

I has been almost two months and ceac website says no status. And us visa info says no waybill number at this time.

I have tried sending emails and only got auto replies I have called the info number plenty of times and they only tell me to keep waiting.

Any insights or advise will be highly appreciated.

I have to go, I own a business in the u.s. And it needs my immediate attention.
