I would love to see a Video of Sharpton with cuts from the T Brawley case, The Duke Lacrosse Team Case, This one, and many of the others in which he has caused mass unrest only to be wrong.

Janelle I was just trying to clear up a misrepresentation of the person shot and a photo going around the internet. .. In the future we will let it fly on its own.

Some dude using his cell phone to take a vid of his computer screen. None of the commentators said anything about looting. I'm not saying it wasn't looting, but if you want to present some evidence of looting please come back with something credible.

It's funny that only white people question this. We're not a hive mind, but I'd say that every black person knows this instinctively.

If a mob of black people were to try and loot in a white neighborhood, what do you think would happen? Do you think they would try and defuse the situation before shooting? Would they say, hey we're armed, could you please leave? Do you think for one second it would be a peaceful resolution? How much restraint would be showed? How much sympathy, before the killing would begin?

Black people are killed for a whole lot less, and the killers are rarely if ever brought to justice. Even with evidence, video, and eyewitnesses, it's almost impossible to get a conviction when something like that happens. So, what do you think would happen if a bunch of black people showed up and looked to cause trouble? There would be a massacre. Most likely it wouldn't make to court, worse, if it did, all they have to say is we felt threatened. Not guilty. Now, once again black people look like animals and folks would become more trigger happy. It's bad enough all you have to do is say you were scared for your life and you can blast away without fear of getting locked up if it's a black person.

It might be dumb to you, but for them it's about raging without being shot and killed. Maybe they were angry, some even stupid. But to ask why they don't go outside of their own neighborhood to a place that would carry out a death sentence without hesitation, seems a bit more dumb to me.

What you are saying Marv is because of the fact that people own guns and are willing to protect their lives and property from thugs and looters they are not being targeted in this situation. You made the clearest case for gun ownership ever on this forum.

I've had something stolen from me, but I didn't feel the urge to go out and buy a gun so I could blow them away.

It's the same thing. Someone else taking a video of a TV screen, except this guy played some rap music before rolling. He proudly points out that he's had over 60 channels terminated from Youtube at the beginning. I stopped watching then.

Do you have a credible news source other than some people taking videos of MSNBC? Like I said, I'm not saying it didn't happen, but give us something credible.

People have a right to protect themselves from others breaking into your house. I'm with you guys on this. If someone breaks into another persons house, armed or not, they are accepting the possibility of being shot. This is a very very easy thing to avoid altogether. People have a right to defend their family from others in their own home or business.
