Things have basically reversed to the point, being white is like being black in the 1920's. You don't dare have an opinion,less you be labeled RACIST. Being labled racist today, can cause a white person a lot of grief.

It's amazing to me that somehow donating money to support a police officer, so that he can get a fair trial is racist. Burning down your hometown is a shout of support to justice.

In fact, it's actually on a level with the comment that Sarah Palin made comparing the national deficit to slavery. You know, the one that got Martin Bashir fired for saying she deserves a dose of Thomas Thistlewood justice. Well I'm not going to go there - but I think it's fair to say that unless you have had the experience of being a black man in the 1920s - you simply have no business making comparisons like this.

I think what you are going to see as the middle and upper class black class expands, is fragmentation within the black community. Blacks had to stick together for survival during a large part of our countrues hsitory. I think you are going to start to see the more educatuaed and successful blacks, disavow themselves from becoming entangled with the likes of Michael Brown and TM, and will stop voting and rushing to judgment based on racial lines only. As they do this they will come to realize, that most Americans don't see things in black and white, and having a 400 lb chip on your shoulder only holds you back.

I would like to believe that, but there are so many out there who could give a rats behind what conclusion is reached in a court of law. If the outcome of a trial, if it goes that far, and as of yet no-one even knows if it will go to trial....

IS.....not what they want, then, chances are very good that the rapidly declining state of race relations in America will get even worse.
