You know what is so amazing to me? If we look at the evidence and the facts only, and conclude that at this point we just don't think the evidence supports that Wilson gunned this kid down in cold blood and we support the officers right to a fair investigation, we are racist

However if you see only race in this, burn,loot, and turn to violence, and demand the officer be sent to jail, despite whatever facts come out, you are not

Here is a very interesting video from foxnews about the gun used in the shooting.. The man being interviewed had answers to some of the questions that have come up here: What kind of gun was used, how many bullets can it fire without reloading, when police shoot where are the trained to aim, how many times are they told to fire, and what should make them stop firing? He also had some answers as to what they could learn form the gun.. Interesting video:

that's not how i read his comment, he gave a personal anecdote. i doubt marvin believes white people in the general suburbs of the usa have a gun ready and waiting for him.

This is covered in the 1st hour of most self defense classes ,The state leos that I know are taught to aim at center mass and work your way to a head shot (double tap). If their life is in danger they shoot until the threat is neutralized

As I posted before a person in the tueller drill can cover 21 ft in 1.5 seconds. Not much time to make a decision. It takes time to process a crime scene .. Today they would come in with survey equipment provided by state leo's

as you need to be certified to use the equipment. If they were busy on one crime scene it would take time to have these experts arrive. but some folks think everything should have been wrapped up in a few minutes.

Of course Crump will have his experts in their trying to discredit any police findings during a trial. The shouts of arrest are important as with the zimmerman case. ... Crump needed an arrest to proceed with the lawsuit against the homeowners association. They received 1.5 million in that lawsuit before the trial was done and zimmerman was cleared. . The cry of an arrest will be for the sole purpose of being able to sue the town. In the zimmermans case the grand jury was skipped which benefited crump in his lawsuits, They are not so stupid this time around.

But, this will be a product of the crime stat, which should make it way here right after I say this, even though I don't have a criminal record...

Young black males generate distrust and fear for a reason, and it's not because they have a darker skin tone. I can assure you that if young Mormons, were committing almost 50% of the violent crime in this country, people would go nuts when hey saw those bicycles coming. it's called logic.

I saw that last night on CNN, and I thought. It will be on VJ, before morning. Yes every cop in America is just like that. For people that hate being painted with a wide brush, you sure do it a lot.

The cop is a homophone, etc and I don't agree with anything he said. however this is America. Should he be suspended for having unpopular views. ?
