Remember, the black community hasn't had much luck when it comes to matters of the law. I agree rioting doesn't help the cause, but at what point does it take to get some dignity? They left that dude in the middle of the road for 4 hours. They didn't cover his body up or nothing. You'd think he was a dog or something. The complete lack of disregard would piss anyone off.

If anyone has a right to be ticked off about that it's the family of Michael Brown. Let them wage a complaint with the dept and see where it goes. However given the tensions surrounding the scene, I don't think it will get far. I think a lot of other people are grasping for things to get upset about regarding his body not being covered up.

i'm saying that i think the 'lynch mob' mindset is being played up , because it's scary and people want to watch exciting things. the regular protestors holding signs and talking about making the community a better place are talking about coming together and helping each other to make things better. i'm not saying that there aren't people who are out of control. i brought up the live feed because the folks that i heard speaking with vice last night were regular people who simply felt like they were defending their children and neighborhood. i don't know how it's being presented on regular media, cnn and such cause i can't watch that shite anymore. it's as bad as fox, all the same.

In this sensationalized society we live in, everything is played up and beyond what it should be and people need to keep that in mind when lashing out. It only takes a few bad people to get on camera rioting and looting and everything takes off from there.

This was not a normal case at all, add to it the racial tensions of the community and the police and mistakes will be made. I'm not saying it was right, but I can see how it could happen.

I posted a link for you where they said the crowd made it difficult to properly handle the crime area. If one hair is out of place everyone sues these days . ... Holder is on the job now.. Every t crossed and i has a dot. You would not desire a shoddy crime scene investigation. .... You complained about that with travon... or some folks did.

Marvin, I think the problem with these most recent cases is that the justice system is not given a chance to work. There's an immediate rush to judgement by the black community whenever there is a white person involved, facts be damned. This is just as much of injustice as the ones portrayed on black people that you speak of.

Big difference between a bruised face and having a broken eye socket. If you're telling the truth, why would you be afraid? If he was in fear for his life and Michael was beating him to almost to the point of unconsciousness, then it might be why he shot him as many times as he did. But, if this was a simple altercation that resulted in his death, then it should be treated as something else.
