The system will only do what you tell it to. The problem isn't it's designed poorly, most people don't want to take the time to learn it. I can maneuver it with relative ease because I spent so much time working with it. Officers on my ship didn't do their own orders so I had to. For that I have a bit more experience than someone who travels every blue moon.

Once you spend time working it, you learn all the tricks. At this point, if I get stumped, I call the help desk and it takes about 5 minutes for me to work out the solution.

sounds like a massive waste of tax dollars to me. spend money to build a website that was supposed to be user friendly, then pay people like you to help people use it because its not. really, really, sad state of affairs. but government inefficiency and taxpayer theft helps you make a living so i guess thats good.

There is always going to be travel in the military. If the government makes a better system after this, I'll all for working it. GO/SES's will never do their own orders so it's not like I'm sucking on the gubmint teet. I've been doing travel since before the system came online the old fashion way.

i like how when this all started, we were all on board with giving serious thought to checking the state of our police in this country. then the cops released the video of the robbery and all of a sudden the possibility of a serious discussion about police brutality went out the window.

You know how it goes. That's why they released the video. Now the cop is having fundraisers and support from all over. All they had to do is paint Brown like a thug.

Actually, once that video was posted, that's what a lot of people were saying. That his killing was justified because he robbed a store earlier. In fact, they released his shooter's name at the same time when they posted the video. I saw, here he is, but this dude was a criminal who deserved to be shot and killed. The fact that they left his body in the street for 4 hours, in broad daylight, without even covering him up, shows you how much they care.
