Oh, yeah, yeah. You're right! That was in the video where the black dudes were talking about how Michael Brown beat the hell out of the cop and ran away. Then, after the cop shouted for him to freeze he stopped and turned around for a moment and charged at him like a wild buffalo. We shouldn't talk about that part here, because the people at CNN would get really p-issed off.

i'm not really concerned with the possibility cnn will take issue with this forum.

What's even weirder is that Amnesty International have sent a group of observers there. Apparently the first time they have ever done that inside the united states.

How will a lawyer address concerns that the officer should have used less-than-lethal force? Probably point to the MO law (http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutes/C500-599/5630000046.HTM) concerning law enforcement use of deadly force in affecting an arrest. The relevant parts read as thus:
“3. A law enforcement officer in effecting an arrest or in preventing an escape from custody is justified in using deadly force only … (2) When he reasonably believes that such use of deadly force is immediately necessary to effect the arrest and also reasonably believes that the person to be arrested … (a) Has committed or attempted to commit a felony.”
Strong-arm robbery is a felony in MO, and if Brown just assaulted the officer (broken bones in his face would attest to that, if true), which is also a felony. Also “the Missouri Supreme Court ruled that size alone could constitute physical force” (https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/disparity-of-force/)

Star witness Dorian Johnson may actually be co-felon Dorian Johnson who could be looking at felony assault on a police officer and felony murder on Big Mike Brown

This case has become more polarizing than any similar case in the past. It's bad enough a young man behaved badly toward the police, it's bad enough he chose to use his stature and strength against a much smaller store owner, but what is even more difficult to comprehend are the number of people who are not at all interested in the truth. They have made up their minds and don't care what the facts show, they simply want the white cop arrested, and executed. Even worse, is that there are media outlets who prey upon these people in America and ignore the stories that contradict the narrative of the 6'4" 292 pound black boy being anything other than an innocent boy trying to surrender to the police with his arms in the air. Has the universe turned itself inside out? Of that I can't be sure, but there are so many people in the US now who could give an excrement about truth and justice.

we had the same thing in the South back in the earlier part of the 20th Century. All it took was an accusation by a white person to effectively end a black persons life. The lynch mobs often screamed for justice, right before they strung a black man up. Seems we have come full circle.

Well now this is really starting to make sense now. So, what actually happened was the white cop hated young black boys so much that he initiated this clever plan to blow him away in the street with not just a single gunshot, but multiple gunshots all over his body. He felt so much anger and hate that he shot him dead in the street even while his arms were raised and the young black boy said, "I give up, I surrender." He kept shooting and shooting until he lay dead in the street.

He then immediately had the presence of mind to bang his head and face and eye socket repeatedly against the steering wheel of his cruiser. Wow, no wonder they are rioting in Ferguson. This truly makes sense. That was one sick cop.

I think what will happen, once the overwhelming evidence show what happens, is they will ask. Why did he shoot him six times. The short answer is because it took him 4 shots to hit him where it mattered. The cop was either a bad shot or trying to wound him .

His weapon holds 15 rounds, why did he stop at 6. Simple answer because the kid finally went down just feet from the officer. Seriously if someone has fractured your eye socket, gone for your gun and you have put 4 rounds in them and they are still coming, would you stop firing until they went down. No sane person would.

He wouldn't be the first do so. There have been cases of women faking injuries against husbands and ex's. Beauty contestants, bus drivers, etc. Glad you saw this Spooky. You are really looking into this. That's the spirit.

Tell you what. Let's try an experiment. Let's send 3 avg black guys on a stroll thru several local white neighborhood on a power walk. Say about9 PM Sat night.

Then lets do the same with some white guys in several black neighborhoods here.

Now which group do you think might get the police called

and which group do you think will need the police ?

Nor does about 90% of the insanity I have seen coming from the black leadership in the last week.

We had a white guy here a few years ago. Used to date a black girl in ESL. He would go pick her up and hang in her neighborhood with no issues. No one could figure it out. Once, a guy asked him how he did it. He replied, they just don't mess with me. When I see them, I wave. They wave back.

Ok, that's what I thought. Because, for a second there I thought you were implying everything you have said must be right because you found someone you agree with and believe is the truth and he is from another race.

You just said earlier that Black people getting threatened with being shot in white neighborhoods was the norm. Now you are saying you would be fine. That is what I said all along. Black guys will be fine in most white neighborhoods. Not so much for the opposite.
