That was being discussed on the TV last night, inevitable that once it kept going beyond a few days that the usual suspects would turn up.

I'm sure I've missed a few things in this thread. I would be curious to see the racial breakdown for those arrested and also for those doing most of the looting.

As an aside when you look at people working in the area I have noticed similar patterns elsewhere.

Pretty obvious that Ferguson had gone down hill fairly rapidly, you will see many of those working in reasonable job relocate and commute to work.

Especially with jobs that are fixed to a location, probably most of those who are suitable to take new positions in places like Ferguson would not want to live there.

Over time it will change, but we are looking at a process that takes a very long time compared to the speed of demographic change here.

They are arresting more reporters than looters because they want to hide from the public what the police and military are doing.

No. They don't want people to see them using military and military weapons in the U.S. As a USC you should be unhappy with tanks, tear gas and heavy artillery deployed in our country.

How racist of you. It's only appropriate to point out the race when we're talking about minorities being victimized. It's racist to point it out when minorities are the ones doing the victimizing.
