I love how they paused the video to make it look like he is punching the clerk and when you play it he clearly pushed the guy out of his way. I had no idea shoving someone warranted a on the spot death sentence.

I thought the cop didn't know he was a robbery suspect?

Actually that has been refuted. He first told them to get out of the street, then got the call about the robbery.

Decent folks do not ever end up in a situation to where they are fighting with a store clerk.

I think it does not matter if he punched the clerk or shoved him. There is no dispute he stole the cigars and used force against the clerk.

Still, this is not why he got killed. He got killed for going after a cops gun and rushing him afterwards.

It's mostly prominent in young kids. Kids are dumb and they think they own the world.

My comment is for all of the people who is saying he should be killed because he beat up a store clerk, which he did not. You did not hear me say the police officer had personally identified this kid as a robbery suspect. If you did see this, please re-post it. Some people say he should be killed for stealing cigars. Stealing doesn't even amount to the death penalty in the Middle East, they chop your hand off.

An autopsy conducted on behalf of Brown's family showed he was shot at least six times, including twice in the head. The path of one bullet indicates the 18-year-old may have been lowering his head in surrender when the fatal shot hit, according to Brown family attorney Daryl Parks.

Parks told a news conference one bullet hit Brown in the very top of his head and another shattered his right eye.

"His head was in a downward position," Parks said. "Given those kind of facts, this officer should have been arrested," Parks said.

There were no signs of struggle with the officer and no gunshot residue on the body.

According to police, the officer involved in the shooting said he fired initially after Brown reached into his police car.

another fact has come out. It's really not that important, but since those trying to paint the kid in a certain light made a big deal out of it, it should be corrected. he was not enrolled in college. He had enrolled in a heating and air class at the local trade school.

Lots of idiots try it. There was an incident at a club in Stoughton, MA about a year or so ago where a female grabbed a cops gun. She was subdued and arrested without being shot. This club had a history of trouble due to people coming from the Boston area and causing trouble. The place got shut down for good after this incident.

Or he may have been lowering his head after being shot a few times. It is pure speculation to say he was surrendering. It would be like saying maybe he was lowering his head so he could bet a better head butt when he charged into the cop.
