For the very first time, an alleged “friend” of the officer who fatally shot 18-year-old Ferguson man Michael Brown is revealing new details about the controversial incident that has sparked unrest in cities across the country, CNN reported on Monday.
Calling into The Dana Loesch Radio Show on Friday, “Josie” claimed that Brown “bum-rushed” officer Darren Wilson moments after pushing him into his squad car, punching him in the face and trying to grab the cop’s gun.

And racism is used as a scapegoat by a lot of the black leaders for all their problems. The media feeds it as well. When people are constantly telling you that you're a victim, even when you're not, it probably starts to sink in over time.

No doubt that racism exists and is quite prevalent in some areas. No doubt that it causes problems. But it doesn't cause all the problems. People are responsible for their own actions. Racism didn't cause looting and vandalism in Ferguson, people acting of their own accord did. Blaming it all on someone else is just a cop out, IMO.

http://selfuni.wordpress.com/2013/12/29/unemployed-black-woman-pretends-to-be-white-job-offers-suddenly-skyrocket/

This was in December 2013, does that qualify?

Your problem is you think they're less qualified. In most cases, they're just as qualified as the white applicants.

I don't consider one person's blog a scientific study.

No, actually they're not in some cases. I'm one of the guys that has had to pick up the slack and I find myself wondering if the guy got the job simply because he's black. I can tell who's qualified, and who's not in my field in about 10 minutes.

In this post you say, the officer had his gun halfway out. In your previous post you said he had his hand on it . Which was it .

FYI I have been stopped at night before and the cop approached the car very carefully with his hand on his gun . Pretty standard behavior, I would think

At night it's probably standard procedure everywhere. A cop may have no idea what color someone is when he approaches a car from behind in the dark. A cop always approaches the car carefully in my experiences.

I'm sure it has, but it's far from the main or only reason. At what point do you feel a person is responsible for their own actions? When does a person learn right from wrong? Where does a person learn right from wrong? If I go rob a 7-11 and end up in jail, whose fault is it? All of our choices and actions have consequences, some good, some bad. Some people make nothing but bad choices, but I find it a tough swallow to blame it on everyone else.

I'm responsible for my own actions and so are many other black people. To even think there are millions of blacks who does not want to take responsibility for their own actions again is, wrong. So, because white people see a black family move into their neighborhood they have to automatically think, "ow there is a black person driving a BMW that does not want to take responsibility for themselves. Let's move."

I highly doubt this is what they were thinking when they threw up the for sale sign and sold their house $50,000 dollars less than the market price.

And again, I think from a previous post I have acknowledged ghetto folks come in all colors.

Hand on his gun with it pulled halfway out. Do you get the point?

Now it is pretty standard. Uhh huh I believe you.

So many reasons to stay focused on topic and resist the urge to assume. Allow the facts to come out and then decide. But remember, there are quite a few people who are not interested in facts. They will reject them and do their best to change the narative. Truth speaks loudly and stands on its own.

So what we have learned since, the story on the gentle giant first aired

1. The cop was treated for injuries, consistent with the above story

2. Brown was not shot in the back

3. Brown had Drugs in his system at the time of the Shooting

4. The "eye witness" had just participated in a robbery by force, with Brown

5. Brown had just robbed a local store and had used violence against a store owner, less than half his size.

6. Another witness has said, that Brown was rushing toward the officer when the fatal shots were fired.

I just saw this on CNN. It'll be dismissed out of hand because it doesn't fit the racist agenda.

Again, facts don't matter. A white cop shot a black guy. That's all that matters.

I only know what I see in my area. There are black people living in very nice neighborhoods. Nobody moved out when they moved in. We both know that all white people don't move when a black family moves in. There are plenty of integrated neighborhoods. But those aren't the kind of black people that are being discussed here. If they have a chip on their shoulders, they don't show it or act like they do. They have educations and good paying jobs and participate in the community and are no different than anyone else. They're not the ones burning cars and taking shots are policeman and rioting.

I love how they paused the video to make it look like he is punching the clerk and when you play it he clearly pushed the guy out of his way. I had no idea shoving someone warranted a on the spot death sentence.

Ever walked down a crowded street in New York?

I completely agree. This thing has been completely blown out of proportion and everyone already seems to know what happened. This thread has decended into the normal bs. This kid was not Martin Luther king. Why is anyone acting like he is?

I thought the cop didn't know he was a robbery suspect?

Are you saying he was?

I don't think myself nor Marv said he was.

Correct. However, take the advice from my post, because if this story is true, it would merit the death sentence he received:
