So now it appears very likely that Michael brown

A. Had just robbed a store by force, that at least one shot was fired inside the car at close range, and that the policeman was treated for injuries consistent with being attacked as claimed in the report.

No i was saying, at first I was 100% in, that the cop shot him in cold blood. Now, with the new details, sadly I am starting to think the Cop may have been justified. I honestly think M. Brown went after the cop in the car and got shot.

Now the part I question is.. After getting shot, did he retreat, then turn around with hands up to surrender and get shot many more times.

I knew a guy back in the day had a warrant for selling coke. The cops came up behind him and ordered him to stop and turn around. He stopped and turned around with his hands in the air at was shot 5 times in the gut. I saw the wounds.

he sued and got a nice sum of money. He then promptly hired an attorney, who also happened to be a state legislator who oversaw Pardons and Parole. Paid him a large Sum and got out.
