The lesson to be learned for young people here , once again that is lost here. when you commit assault against people that have guns, you might get shot. I am sure the 5 ft nothing store owner Brown bounced around was scared for his life

The two Amish girls sustained un-repairable injuries but you feel the white couple has the right to live while the black guy deserved to die for defending himself.

And again, the guy was 35 feet away. He lost the "my life is in danger argument" at 35 feet away dude.

Suggest you resist the urge of following the lynch-mob press and listen to the eyewitness account about what they saw the moment of the shooting:

AG Holder has now ordered a federal autopsy on Brown's body. Because only Holder himself can be trusted with looking out for "his people".

Holder wipes his feet on any impartial concept of "justice".

Newp. Most excellent try, but newp. The Officer is not dead, because he defended himself against attack. Do you understand that?

Some people have a very old, and totally unnatractive chip on their shoulders. The behaviour needs to change. Rioting, marching, burning the neighbourhood down. All that sort of behaviour exhibits is utter abject stupidity.

The Tueller Drill is a self-defense training exercise to prepare against a short-range knife attack when armed only with a holstered handgun.

Sergeant Dennis Tueller, of the Salt Lake City, Utah Police Department wondered how quickly an attacker with a knife could cover 21 feet (6.4 m), so he timed volunteers as they raced to stab the target. He determined that it could be done in 1.5 seconds. These results were first published as an article in SWAT magazine in 1983 and in a police training video by the same title, "How Close is Too Close?"^[1]

A defender with a gun has a dilemma. If he shoots too early, he risks being charged with murder. If he waits until the attacker is definitely within striking range so there is no question about motives, he risks injury and even death. The Tueller experiments quantified a "danger zone" where an attacker presented a clear threat.^[2]

You could not have asked for worse prosecution witnesses. Of course when you try to manufacture a case, where this is none, that is to be expected. You know they were grasping at straws when they put that mentally challenged girl on the stand .

That reminds of something the racist black mayor of Detroit used to say. He always blamed the crime in Detroit on white folks coming from the suburbs causing trouble. The only problem with that theory was that the Detroit cops were always arresting black people. Maybe the white criminals were too smart for the Detroit cops, who were also mostly black officers. It's a tough one to figure out. I have my own theory, but of course I'd be labelled a racist for it. On the other hand, facts are a funny thing. They're just facts. They don't have a racial component to them.

How very Alinsky of you. The looters in this instance are black sweetie, or perhaps are you suggesting that the various news media are cherry picking and only showing those people in a poor light? That my sister in law who lives nearby is feeding me misinformation? Good heavens...' looters appearing to be black", that is quite a stretch.

I've yet to hear a coherent response to how looting gets you justice, or how burning down the neighbourhood gets you peace. That is irrational and beggars belief.

I believe I am in the middle of a debate with an unnarmed opponent. Absolutely not worth my time.

Apples and oranges, and utterly failing to discuss so much as the time of day without obfuscation.

St. Louis County Police have released the mugshots of some of the looters arrested Sunday night.

There have been reports of 32 or more arrested in Ferguson. St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch says only 10 have been arrested and charged so far and are all being held in St. Louis County jail on $50,000 bond. Many are from St. Louis, not Ferguson, and Trey Brewer is from Texas.

McCulloch says they face felony burglary charges .
