WHY AM I GETTING THIS MSG? HELP PLEASE!!

When did you pay BPI? Takes 12-24 hours usually before payment is updated.

Where are you entering your NVC case number (starts with 3 letters) into? should be at https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ under "IMMIGRANT" click on "Check my visa application status"

He is getting that message because USEM has not updated the payment received by BPI yet.

I'm in the process of scheduling my appointment at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com

... i've just paid the visa $240 it says enter receipt # but then received this message

"NO Valid record can be found for the entered receipt number"

what should i do?

Wait 12 - 24 hours after paying BPI
