Hank_ yes I know.. Thats why I kept on telling her to check for her I-797C.

Reality is you can use ANY date, the priority date is NOT used with the K-1. You can't leave that space blank and most times it's easy to look at the NOA1 and just put in the received date (which is the priority date), but it is even easier to just PFA (Pluck From Air) any date ;)

The NOA2 has 2 dates on it. The first date is the received date of the petition (this is the same as the notice date on the NOA1). The second date is the approval date.

There are dates on NOA 1... Notice date and received date.. Received date is the priority date. On the other hand, dates on NOA 2 is the receipt date and approval date. I checked my NOAs 1 and 2 for fiance visa, but priority date is blank, and NOAs 1 and 2 for EB3 and my EB3 showed that the priority date is the received date on NOA1 not the receipt date on NOA 2

She is confused,, hence asked where to find the priority date... I answered her question as to where she can find it.. I know K1 visa doesnt need priority date, it is not even written on NOA 2.

She already said it is April 9, 2014. So no more questions.
