What are the requirements for the K-1 Visa application and what are the needed forms to be filled up? And also the requirements and forms needed at the interview. I just don't want to miss out something when my appointment time comes. Thanks! :)

Use this site wisely, everything you need is here, just look for it, as far as a K-1 visa, two main requirements, 1. You must be free to marry,.,,..,,.,. 2. You must have met face to face and spent time together in the last two years.

Look under example forms (top of page) and download forms.,.,.,also top of page.

You must have plenty of proof, pictures of you and your spouse, with family members, "boarding passes" not tickets, any hotel receipts, and anything that can ""prove"" beyond any doubt that the two of you have spent quality time together!

Who is Eligible to File?

U.S. citizens who will be getting married to a foreign national in the United States may petition for a fiancé(e) classification (K-1) for their fiancé(e). You and your fiancé(e) must be free to marry. This means that both of you are unmarried, or that any previous marriages have ended through divorce, annulment or death. You must also have met with your fiancé(e) in person within the last two years prior beginning the K-1 Visa petition process (filing the I-129F). This requirement can be waived only if meeting the non US Citizen's fiancé(e) in person would violate long-established customs, or if it would create extreme hardship on the US Citizen.
