Marriage to F1 Status

First, I apologize if this question was answered before. My question is:

If a US citizen marrying an F1 status (expired status but didn't overstay), what form needs to be filled out?

Form I-130 to petition Alien Relative (Petitioner is USC)

Form I-485 for Beneficiary's Adjustment of Status

Form I-131 Travel authorization (optional form)

Form I-765 for employment authorization (optional form)

All can be found on uscis.gov

Be sure to read the instructions, esp. for Form I485, as there are additional forms to be sent in with this form, such as I693, I864, etc.

Also, ensure you send the checks with the right amounts written on them.

Thank you all very much. What basis do I select? She is a student who finished her studies but didn't return home. She is still in the 60 day notice window.

I thought I would choose option "h" and explain the basis?

Get married within 60days grace period will raise huge red flag. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up. Not concerned about red flags as it already happened, own a house together, and baby. just don't know which category to pick.
