Hi Guys,

I have a question about process at National Visa Center. I submitted my I-130 last year and it was finally approved by USCIS after a year. They forwarded the case files to NVC and I have following questions about what's going to happen next.

1. I received a letter from NVC about paying the AOS fee (which I paid already). I have the AOS ready to be mails (emailing option is not available based on the first three alphabets of the case number).

2. I tried to pay the IV Fee but I'm guessing the system won't let me pay that until the AOS is approved?

3. Am I supposed to submit the same civil documents I sent to USCIS again to NVC? Can I my parents bring the originals on the interview date (instead of mailing them to NVC)?

Thank you!

07/01/2013: Sent I-130s for both my parents

01/06/2014: Initial Review Notification

04/09/2014: Request for Evidence

04/20/2014: Civil Documents Sent

06/24/2014: I-130s Approved

07/08/2014: Post Decision Activity (Forwarded case to NVC)

08/11/2014: Paid AOS fee
