Please help, confused as to where to file!

Hello everyone. I am filing the renewal for DACA (Form I-821D, I-765, I-765W) for my cousin and Im confused as to where to file. She currently lives in Mississippi, USA. When I look on their site, it specifically says that it depends on which state she lives in. But if you go to this link and go to the bottom, http://www.uscis.gov/i-765-addresses , and look at the DACA filing locations, theres only one location which is a Chicago location. But right underneath that, its showing if you live in a specific state, then you need to file at a Dallas, TX address. So which one is it? Dallas or Chicago?

Thank you for the reply. But this question is not for me. I know that my cousin is filling for "Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" renewal so she is currently on a work permit. I do not know catagory she would belong to. I think C33? Not sure. But I just need help with an address on where to send the application. I just called USCIS and they have no clue either for some reason. They are going by the address on the website but they can not tell me which one. They told me to call back later. Any suggestions?

The filing address page for I-821D seems to be broken right now. It should be at http://www.uscis.gov/node/45616 but is currently 404.

Yeahh exactly. Its confusing and USCIS main office has no clue as to where to file. They said that theres heavy traffic on that page so maybe thats the reason its down. But if you go to the supporting documents with I821D such as the I-765 then it takes you to the page I posted in the original post.

It's somewhat ironic that the "Contact Us" link - where USCIS says to report broken page links, is itself also broken: http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us

Try emailing uscis.webmaster@uscis.dhs.gov and see if that gets you anywhere; they seem to be having some site problems right now.
