Over 2 months since NOA-1... We can't wait, we are feeling crazy, impatient and desperate.

We went to Turkey in the end of July to see each other for a week. So, some more proofs of personal meeting were added.

We have plenty sent with the petition - 3 personal meetings in 2014 before it was sent. So, we could save the new ones for the interview, of course.

But I just thought - what if I send another package now with the fresh proofs and the case number? May be, our adjudicator will open our file to add new papers to it and may as well at the same time look through it and give us the approve? :unsure: There have been some Texas approves after 2-3 months or so. I believe, chances are.

What do you guys think?

Yes. It wouldn't make sense to send any additional evidence right now. I completely agree with S_R.

To your other statement, those 2-3 month approvals from TSC were likely either of the following: expedites, incorrectly filled out timelines where either a case was transferred to CSC or TSC never even had the petition in the 1st place.

I think the problem is they have a thick stack of petitions ahead of you that they have to get through regardless of what you send in additionally, unless you can be approved for expedited processing with extreme circumstance. Many of the quick approvals you have seen are likely Filipino fiancee processing...USCIS seems to be giving priority on handling them.

Just be patient cause you might do something that will hurt your processing time.

It won't hurt, but it's a waste of time and money. There are thousands of petitions still waiting to be processed, so it would be nearly impossible to match up anything you send in. This is why you need to wait for an RFE, if ever you get one, because THAT will be matched up with your file.

You have not waited a long time so far for your petition to be approved. The average waiting period is about 5 to 6 months. This time period can be much shorter, it can also be much longer. Just be patient and wait for them to approve your petition.
