This is an issue you need to discuss with your doctor and the airlines you want to use to travel to the US. Some will not allow a pregnant woman to fly after a certain period. Some it is 7 months. Others it is 8 months. And there may be those that do not care at all if you have proper documentation from your doctor. The other question you have to ask is, "Do you want to be sitting on an airplane for 9 hours while 8-9 months pregnant?" Unless you are close to having your interview, I would expect to have the child in the PI and have to submit a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) and prepare the documentation now.

:time:

Good luck,

This will be my 2nd baby,my first already have her passport and crba,do I still have to apply crba even though it's still in my stomach? I will know if the airline will allow and just get doctors permit and other requirments, thanks for the info

The key work of Consular Report of BIRTH Abroad is the word birth. Until the baby is born you do nothing. Once it is born it requires a US passport to travel. To get that US passport you report the birth of a child of a USC to the local consular. By your estimate you have about 3 months before the child is born.
