On my I485 it says

We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.

I got this after my RFE was recived by USCIS on 11/27/2006 does this mean I will get the interview letter by 01/27/2007 becasue this will mark the 60 days or is this just part of how they word their website?????

Filed: Other Timeline

that will depend, sometimes you will get a notice earlier than 60days of their processing time. For me after they got my RFE mailed i got noticed same like yours too, then 1 week later i got noticed they transfer to CSC.2 weeks later i got a interview noticed. After one week i got a cancellation noticed for my interview date (that really sucks). Make my paper processing soooo slow. But anyways, keep tracking online about your status. Goodluck

That 60 days is a load of bull (if you expect a response to be approval/denial/interview letter) according to our timeline. Knowing them they'll say CSC transfer is a response though.

Edited to say I missed the "you will get an updated or decision" in 60 days. Even then I doubt everyone gets an update in 60 days.
