I had my interview done on March 12th, 2014, missed one document (husband (USC) divorce decree that made a fatal mistake for us since CO returned it to USCIS. But then they returned it to Embassy per May 2nd, embassy signed it per May 5th. Just found out last friday about this (Been more than 3 months without notifications and found it from DHL tracking number that we hardly got it from NVC'S director).

But now we have no idea where is our petition is. Both NVC and embassy insisting that they dont have it. Status in the ceac website still same "returned to NVC". So pls is is there anybody help for some insight? I and my husband truly lost and dont know what to do. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

Contact one of your congressional representatives.

We did by July. But then my husband talked to director and he gave myhusband the tracking number. We have this idea to contact him again like your suggestion. Is there anymore insight?

you may email the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at: SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov.

Our case was started in US Embassy in Seoul. Is that ok to send email to SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov? Im kinda worry since we started it overseas

I mean it doesn't hurt to try. But, definetly you need to contact Embassy, NVC ,senators and Congressman. You said that in between the Embassy and NVC it got lost?

Thats right, we should try :). Yes its between NVC and embassy (eventhough we have prove from DHL tracking number abt it). So far for this current prob we have, we've been keep calling and contacting Embassy and NVC. Soon we are goin to get involve of congressman or senator. Thank you so much for your suggestion. And do you have another insight please? Is there any possibility they lost our physical petition somewhere? Or what? (But its hard to believe since we have prove that i mention above).
