AOS support??? Im stuck

Ok! My question is my mom is petitioning me as F2B so NVC ask for AOS mom doent work so can my brother be my join sponsor or he cant?

I read that the joint sponsot cant related to the inmigrant is that true??? Plz help me ASAP.. Thanks

He can , your mother need to fill I-864 even with 0 income and your brother will need to fill I-864A

A join sponsor and co sponsor can be everyone as long as they want..i don't really know where you get that info from, anyways it's totally fine for your brother to be your mother's join sponsor

He can , so your mother need to fill I-864 even with 0 income and your brother will need fill I-864A

A join sponsor and co sponsor can be everyone as long as they want..i don't really know where you get that info from, anyways it's totally fine for your brother to be your mother's join sponsor

So Phillip Thanks... She has to filled i864 with 0 incomes and my brother i864a.. They can just fill one form for both i mean just the i864 for both??

I-864 is for main sponsor ( petitioner ) and I-864A is for main sponsor's household member ( If he is living with your mother then this form is easier )

However , he can fill I-864 just like your mother but i'd fill I-864A as it's much simpler

I-864 is for main sponsor ( petitioner ) and I-864A is for main sponsor's household member ( If he is living with your mother then this form is easier )

However , he can fill I-864 just like your mother but i'd fill I-864A as it's much simpler

Ok.. Im getting.. And yes he lives with my Mom.. So u recomended that Mom fill i864 with her 0 incomes and brother fill i864a as a joint sponsor... Ok i got it.. Thankd for ur help..
