Day 221 and we're tired of waiting for a NOA2. What a mess. It hurts seeing others wait not even half as much as we do. I'm not even gonna talk about CSC. I wish they processed the cases in order. We're playing Bingo here.

I am really sorry to hear. Try reaching out to your senator to see if you can get information on when you might be adjudicated. Mind you I don't think it will push you up the line, but certainly it will make you feel better if you're given a little more information on where you are.

I share your resentment towards them. I still haven't heard anything and my NOA1 was 8/15... 234 days...

I contacted my Senator and all they said they could do to help was send a letter of support for when my fiancee has her interview at the consulate...

Sadly all we can do is sit and wait. And every second apart sucks.

We agree with you 100%. The frustrating thing is, they appear to be accountable to nobody. It really wears you down. So sorry that you are going through this. Far too many people have been waiting way too long. You don't deserve it. Nobody deserves this.

We got an RFE yesterday requesting for more evidence, we are yet to get the notice explaining what exactly they want us to provide. Any idea how long it takes on the average to get this notice?

Man, this wait really does take a toll on people - myself included! Hang in there, everyone.

We got our NOA1 on August 29, 2014. I know a lot of people have been waiting even longer than that. Stay positive, keep pestering! :star::bonk:

I just checked the Igor's list and I checked how many August fillers are on Vj. There are 213 fillers and 151 are approved until today ,62 are unapproved.

I wanted to have a look on these 62 people that are not approved(or have not updated the timeline). I did count the when they were last active and this is what I found.

This is the number of people when they were last active

Aug= 1 - person

Sept= 6 - six people

Oct= 2 - people

November=2

December =1

Jan=6

Feb=1

March 23 =4

April = 12

These are the other stats

Private=2 private timeline

Error=5 it ends up with an error.

Not selectable=19 ( you can't open them)

These are the stats for 61 people because I missed one.

There is one person, who does not have NOA2 filled in, but in the RFE column has their receipt number. If you look it up, it says file was sent to state dept March 9th.

Yes I have seen that.

Also its likely that most of them are approved and they never came back on VJ. I think the only people that have not been approved are the one who have been active on April. That's my guess.
