As far as I know it was just the receipt notice. It did not have RFE and noticed it did not have the A number on it either.

We sent our package 08/25/2014 and our NOA1 date is 08/29/2014. Our alien number changed on 09/05/2014 now just waiting for the next step... lots of patience and good luck to everyone here .

Update on k1 visa. Received in the mail today official NOA1 letter dated Sept 3rd 2014

Still haven't heard anything since our NOA1. In other news, Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.

Hello. We are an August K-1 Filer as well. Sent the package to USCIS last August 12, 2014 and got NOA1 on the 14th of August. On September 3, our petition was approved. As I check the status on the USCIS website, last September 10, they already sent the petition to NVC. We called the other day to NVC and they said we don't have a case number yet. We will follow up thru e-mail today. It's so hard to wait but all good things come to those who know how to wait.

hi, he will need to fill out form I-134 affidavit of support. and sign it and send it to you for your interview based on your family size. He will also need a letter from his employer stating annual salary and if position is temporary or permanent on company letterhead dated and signed. August filer here. Sent August 5, received NOA1 August 15. Haven't heard anything yet. Jealous of those who already received their NOA2.

I wanted to move in January, but I feel like that's not going to happen...
