My case was sent to NVC March 9th I called today and they said they recieved it and it's in there system. The agent said to call back in a few days to see if the case number is available. Atleast there's some progress

Hoping right there with you.

Is it wrong that having noticed your timeline, it feels a bit less lonely that we are not the only early August filers not approved yet? Maybe this is our week :)

08/04/14 - 08/29/14 Three weeks together, not long enough, got engaged.

10/23/14 - Marcello returns WOOHOO!!

01/15/15 - Times up, I return to Italy with him

02/05/15 - I return to NY. Need more time together, A LIFETIME!!!

According to their website, hey are processing August 2nd, even though we see some September filers getting approval here, so i'm not sure if they'll do anything since you are August 21st, but there's no harm in trying. Call them

Hey guys! I traveled back to go be with my baby on 3/10/15 so I just decided to check the USCIS website now and it says we were approved on 3/12/15.. My fiancé is not here with me right now he stepped out. I can't wait to give him the good news. I will be back next week to the US. Will it be too late to start the next process? Good luck to those that are still waiting for approval.

Congratulations, enjoy your time with him. You are not late, just gather all the info and take pics. have him do the police report.

When I got approved I received no text and no emails. How will I know when our case will be sent to NVC ? :o
