That is really sad. He's missed too much already. I hope you get together soon.

Thanks. It's hard because I want to be happy seeing Cole's milestones, yet it's hard to watch knowing Scott cannot be here. Fingers crossed we all get approved ASAP

I made another call to USCIS and spoke with a supervisor today. They at least confirmed again that our petition is with an adjudicator who hasn't worked on it yet. Whoever has it, that's a few weeks it's just been sitting with him or her.

First, they tell me they work cases in order. I told them we know that's not true, since we see results here on the forum out of order. Then they tell me it's case-by-case and each is different....and there are millions of them.

I don't think I believe much of what they say.

Ugh....millions of them? Seriously? I don't doubt there is ALOT, but millions? Was this a tier 2 supervisor?

Congrats to all who have been approved. I'm still waiting and was told to wait some more. I'm going out of my mind with all the waiting. My NOA 1 was July 28 and still nothing!! Why was I skipped? I'm just miserable. ?

Have you filed an official inquiry with uscis? If not, do so because you're now out of normal processing time and have a little more power in your arsenal to get your file looked at.

Lol. USCIS is drunk. I believe the person handling your case must be extremely incompetent and slow. It boggles my mind that they cannot go in order. Hang in there.
