I checked the website. Interesting enough, I didn't get a text message, which I did sign up for that. I did get a text for NOA1, but no text this time.

If you signed up for notification on the USCIS website then you they will update you via text or email.

I'm glad to see you all are getting approved. Im trying to be helpful for a six month wait.

That's the thing... I thought I signed up for it and for sure I know I did as I got the NOA1 via text and email. But this time around nothing. It's a tough wait - 6 months. But hanging there!

Login with your user name and password on uscis....enter your reciept number and add it to your profile. Once it's added click on add text and add email and it will be added. Did u do that step. The G1125 was just for the NOA1.

Oh no problem! I figured...most ppl think the G1125 takes care of that but it doesn't.

I don't want to sound dumb but all these letters and numbers are confusing me lol. What is the G1125?

I think they were referring to the G-1145. It was an optional form you could file with the package for electronic notification.

I actually never signed up on the site, but I did file one of these and got my NOA1 notification through email and text. I guess it's really just touch and go. USCIS's thing really seems to be doing whatever they feel like at the time, lol.

Ok so I just made profile and typed my case number....

What is "LAST UPDATED" date thing??

Does anyone know what It means?

If you're talking about this...

MNRmkyC.png

It's the first time that the current status appeared. So mine says 12/9/14, which is the date they updated my case status to "case was received" (after they re-did the website).
