I can't tell if I'm being paranoid, but I see a lot of filers whose NOA1 are around August 15 getting approvals. I'm August 7th. Did they just skip over me or are there also a lot of early August filers who aren't approved yet? Also just seems unfair I wish it was first come first serve.

Yes you are being paranoid haha. They proceed more or less in the order of the dates they received the petitions but it can't be exactly in the right order since more than one employee must be working on it. It's coming, hold on

So relieved. Just want this whole process to be over already. Whike waiting for case number I completed the DS-160 application and he got the letter from police. I want to gave an appointment already ?

Yes 7 out of the last 15 were August approvals and four of the others were approvals following earlier RFE's.

All I can say is that there's nothing anyone can say to really make you feel better if you're still waiting. But what I can say is that when you are approved, it's the best feeling in the world. Stress is lifted. Hang in tight guys!
