Hi guys :3 I'm snooping from the September filers thread! Has there been any august approvals from this thread?!

Very few ... only Philippines, and a handful of them, at that. So no. Nothing yet. There has been a random few July approvals (not expedited). They obviously don't process them in any kind of order. I think there's some low paid minimum wage guy who gets told, "Hey, grab us another box" and he just picks the one closest to the door.

On December 31,2014. I Called USCIS and requested to speak with a tier 2 agent. After on hold for 30mins, the agent came on the phone. He was very nice he did say that they are processing May 6th ? and that my case is going through background check, checking me and my Fiancé record. He also said on September 4th, 2014 an ARN was issued to my Fiancé and that is a very good Sign he said. Then he said I should be expecting approval by February or March and by the time the whole K-1 process is done, I will be a June bride. Then I told him that June was too far?. He apologized and said "I wish I could give you a better news." So guys I pray we all get February approval. I am keeping myself busy by getting all documents together for the interview.

Ugh!!! I called in November and told we would most likely be an April/May bride. I hope they aren't slowing down. I had a really nice level 2 man. I guess all we can do is stay busy and hope for the best. Stinks though!!

They tell everyone the same thing without ever considering that we speak with each other on this forum. The information isn't personalized. It's just a script to placate callers and get them to hang up.
