Well, the only problem is that the ones getting accepted are just applications from the Phillipines. As happy as I am for them, I honestly don't rely on their acceptances to give me an idea of when us regular folks will be receiving our NOA2s. They get expedited no matter what. So are we getting accepted? Not really...

On the USCIS website we got the approval last nov12 but the website was update last nov15. So just check it everyday. :) i wish you all the luck. The estimates here in visa journey works for us. We got approved 85 days from noa1. That is the last day of the estimate. I suggest you update your timeline so that we can all benefit from it.

You are a Philippine filer!!! And I think you know that your case is expedited and thus an outlier. Don't give people false hope. TSC is on June right now and there are some lucky July filers who are getting approved. Haven't heard anything about August yet.

I am not giving people false hope. Some in this thread got approved in just a month and they are not philippine filer. This is our second time to apply for a K1.

That's nice. We're over 100 days and haven't heard squat from USCIS. They won't answer any questions, the web site doesn't work, and we aren't filing with any expedited service.

^^ yeah, but ive accepted that we'll have to wait. I am fortunate enough to have a job where i can work remotely, so I get to go visit her again for a month in Feb. If I didn't have atleast that to look forward to, I would be a much sadder person.

We're much sadder. According to Google Maps, there is 4,124 miles between our houses. At least Lee gets to come visit for Christmas and we'll have some time together. Our five months is over at the start of January when she heads back over to Scotland.

Then I can really start whining at USCIS for missing their stated goal.

Ive never checked how many miles are between us, but according to google maps, theres about 8,750 between us. And my fiancee cant come to the US on a tourist visa because there are strict rules for leaving Viet Nam unless youre rich, which only leaves the option of me visiting her. Hang in there man, we're pretty close.
