I checked website a few days ago n said our case can't provide at this moment. We called and found out we have to update our mailing address even tho we both haven't even moved anywhere since.

And we called another place today and said they have technical difficulties and can't pull out account. With that being said it won't def come soon. Oh well .....

So my fiance seems to have misplaced our NOA1 and can't find it. This means we now have no record of what our case number is so I can't check online. Would they be able to give me this information if I called them or am I pretty much screwed?

My fiancé called cos we haven't been able to find our case too.....they said system is messed up and it'll take a few days to fix it.

Anyone from TSC can't find your case number on USCIS website, this is why.

Sorry, I need to clarify. I mean that I don't know what the case number is AT ALL. My fiance lost the NOA1 and we don't have our case number written down anywhere. So I can't even go on the website and type it in to find out. Would TSC be able to give me a number if I just gave mine and my fiance's name if I called them?

hi, I don't know if this will help but, if you go to uscis web page from your home computer or where you checked your status before. Try to start entering the letters SRC and your case # that you had entered previously will pop up. The web page saves your case # even if you only entered it one time in the past. Also the update on the page doesn't effect this from working... best of luck..

I never entered it on the website :(

We received it when I went to visit him, and it wasn't a priority to go online to check.

but you can as well check ur mail cos they do send mail before sending the physical copy so u number should be on it

This is a good point , check your email and phone to see if you still have the text message.

Also did you go on the USCIS and create an account if so it may be on there, if not try to register and see if the case number comes up when get registered.

If not I would call USCIS and ask them, they will most likely ask you a about twenty questions to validate your information or may even say they will may out a new copy. But I would try the above first and if it does not wrok give them a call.

We never get an email or text message. Is this something USCIS does automatically based on the information we provided on our application or did we have to sign up for it?

I did try creating an account under my name, but also another one under my fiance (the petitioner). It just straight up asks what my case number is.

It looks like I'm going to have to call - it doesn't matter if it's the petitioner or beneficiary who calls, do you think? Sigh.

They will not discuss anything with you unless the petitioner has contacted them and let them know they can speak to you also. At which time they enter your details on the file
