hey so much for the quietness any good news for the August fillers.the whole predictions on visa Journey has gone side ways lol

Yeah, it says I'll receive my NOA2 anytime from "October 5, 2014 and November 1, 2014*". I know it's not accurate, but it's hilarious and depressing at the same time. DON'T GIVE ME FALSE HOPE! No good news for me yet.

mine says sept 24- oct 24 very depressing and i dont see many people even getting approved

yes mine too... its like a sick joke. I don't know why I keep checking it and Igor's List since the figures are corrupted by people who think they are at TSC when they are at CSC..and all sorts of other little quirks that mess up the facts and figures.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

me too, well as i see it, texas is working on petitions from june. even if at a glacial pace. But there are some bonafide approvals from texas not philipine or ukrainian expedites either genuine regular non transfer approvals. I also believe they are working on the stragglers from months past and that texas reports the oldest dated app they have worked on to keep us at bay. I see some 7 month time frame approvals but a good few who were in the 5 month time frame even though they haven't updated or informed us of the current date they are working on. Furthermore unfortunately texas deals with other apps too ir1/cr1 i130 etc so i think they rotate the types of apps they deal with.. all of this is just my humble opinion of course. With all of my contemplating I also think they have a system in their computer that has our apps pop up when we are getting close to the 5 month time limit then and only then do they even think about working on us. They can officially say that its this or that but how do these expedites get approved in 13 days????? anyway... give the other half a skype call and try not to look at the calendar for a while..lol like anything distracts the mind lol.. oh well stay strong people i will be waiting 3 months this friday since NOA1 :bonk: take care all

Texas is trifling. They seem to be pushing nothing but the Philippines, AOS, and travel documents. I'm a June filer and I have yet to hear anything . . .

HAHAHAHA. At least you guys make this waiting a little more entertaining.

I've basically decided that my NOA2 probably won't come until January so I'll be less disappointed.

My timeline says it'll come between oct 12th and nov 11th.....

It's nov 11th here and it'll be tmrw in states but I have nothing yet. Just letting you know.

Be patient all together :)

Our timeline said we'd receive NOA2 in October. Funny, it seems to be a bit inaccurate.
