Anything positive happening to any august filer's petition. Of course aside beneficiaries from Philippines because they seem to be automatically expedited due to the hurricane in the country.

Canada (him) and USC (me) here. Nothing from USCIS, but the timeline here on VJ.com is telling me my approx. adjudication is going to be December/January rather than January/February!

I know it isn't official, but it brightened our day a bit!

We sent our I-129F application in August. It was received on August 27, 2014 and acknowledged by an I-797 receipt.

My fiancé and I were engaged August 23, 2013 in Tatay, Rizal, Philippines.

Just today I received notice that the visa app was approved and sent to the NVC in New Hampshire. After processing there it will be sent to U.S. Embassy, Manila, Philippines for interview.

I have a few questions but will post those in the appropriate forum.

Hello I'm sure we all waiting to hear from them for NOA2 n I am one of them.

I know we got times but I wanna figure out something.

After we get NOA2, we have to send them petitin's salary record n stuff.

What if petition doesn't make enough money(basic line for goverment) to take care of fiancé? Is there some other ways to cover up?

Does your consulate accept co-sponsors? If so, that would be an option for you.

Oops I'm sorry ....must be fisnce's.

I'm sorry.

But thank you. I'm gonna have to check.

If anyone knows any other ways too, let me know.

Thanks

Yes, it would be the fiance's consulate. The petitioner doesn't have to deal with the consulate. So if your information is displaying accurately, then it would be whichever consulate in Japan the fiance is attending for an interview. The rules seem to vary from one to the next.

Hello everyone!

August filer here. :)

We've sent our application on August 15, 2014 and we got our NOA1 hardcopy on August 27th. We're still waiting for the NOA2.

I've seen some applications that were approved so fast. Some just filed last month but got their NOA2 already.. How lucky! :) I'm happy for you guys!!

But I'm just wondering how that happened? Did you guys do it yourself or hired an immigration attorney?

Any tips, comments, suggestions, words of wisdom are greatly appreciated! thanks..

Good luck to us !! :)

We're late July/early August filers still waiting. Just today I saw another US/Finn couple get their NOA2 in less than a month. It makes me worry that there's something wrong in our application and that's why it's taking so long. I didn't see a separate thread for the CSC so I'm butting in in here.

Met: June 2004

Face-to-Face 1st time: June 2010

I moved to the US: August 2015

Not sure how you concluded that you got denied as RFE notice just means request for evidence. This means your evidence is insufficient or you filled in your application incorrectly somewhere. I assume you would need to provide the necessary information CSC needs and you would mail back your application for approval once again.

It's not about the RFE PArt that I am worried about ..

The only thing that I didn't understand

Was that it went from RFE ....to post Decision ..

Since I got the RFE wouldn't it stay at the RFE status

Instead of changing to post Decision ?

Or does everyone that get the RFE change to post decision ?

I'm a June filer with an NOA1 date of June 6th. I don't know where you heard they are on June 20th. From what I have heard from people who called the TSC is that they are still working on March. A lot of the people on igor's list have filled in their timeline incorrectly and are actually at CSC or are expedites. Unfortunately they haven't been really approving petitions lately and seem to be at a standstill. It will probably be 6 months or more from the NOA1 date till something is done.
