But even with the white guy, the white guy was not a threat nor did he do anything that would indicate he was a threat other than listening to music. (Or maybe he was a bad dancer) Either way, the cop was wrong. They cannot continue to be judge and jury. Have you seen JudgeDredd? Quite entertaining.
