Hi I am about to file my I-129 form for my fiance, just would like to know if i have to submit a signed G325A for him. Also he lives in one country and work in another sometimes every other two months and he is self employed how to go about filling the section of EMPLOYMENT LAST 5 YRS.

Thank you your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

First things first, you are likely applying for a I-129F Petition for a Fiance(e) Visa, not a I-129 Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, correct?

Yes, you need to submit an original signed G-325A from him with your initial I-129F petition. Use supplemental pages to document his last five years of employment and addresses.

All signatures must be originals, have him sign in blue ink so that there is no questions about the authenticity.
