Why national visa takes so long to assign case number

Hello all , I need some help or at least clarification to what is going on at national visa. I applied for my wife I-130 along with 1-129F K3 . both of them got approved on May 30th 2014 and got shipped to NVC on Jun 10th . The I-129F assigned a case number and being in administrative process since May 17th and every time I call they tell me it is still in administrative process and we have no time frame for that. For the I-130 still hanging there they told me it takes 30 business days to enter it in the system and it is been now over 30 business days and when I call some of them say we need more time, others said they are going to raise a request to their manager to take a look at it . Just wonder if any body facing the same problem. Oh one more thing I-130 got to national visa on June 20th 2014. Please advice me what to do to speed u this process, honestly I so frustrated from NVC representatives they are completely helpless .

I applied for K3 visa and I have no idea why it went to administrative processing. That is why I am posting here to see if somebody went/ going through the same as mine or at least similar.
