Requested forms supplied, they accepted delivery on July 25th. They touched my case on the 25th, the 28th, the 6th, and last night/today, the 12th.

Anyone else recently submitted your requested 221g forms? (This thread could be like a support group).

50 days post interview? You didn't get a 221g? (Checks timeline, sees the answer to his own question is YES).

That sucks! Have you called them?

Well I think the first thing you need to do is get a copy of the 221(g) or the "paper they gave her" and read the details. Then follow the directions of the 221(g) or the paper to solve the problem. I am dismayed you haven't done that. If you need help, there are many here that can help but we need "more information" then "the paper".

just called last night, they are zero help! its been about 57 days or so now. She said the Consular who put us in the AP, the one who interviewed her, is the one who decides! I have spoken to people who have seen this consular deny many people, however its usually instantly, the fact that they kept her passport, and put us in AP modes, is at least a glimmer of hope. I just want an answer, if its a denial, I need to get started all over again asap.

There was a woman CO when my wife and I were there, one thing I can say regarding her is ........ YIKES!! She was loud and abrasive with the Filipinas... all of them. While my wife and I were sitting waiting for our number to be called my wife leaned toward me and said - I hope I don't get her. Luckily she didn't, the man that interviewed my wife asked me as many questions as he ask my wife. A very good experience.

PMS (or as my sister called her's C-PMS, C = constant) ???

I wonder how many files she has stacked up, making them ALL wait.

this was a man, we had 100% of our required paperwork, plus much more, my fiance answered ever single question correctly, because we know each other and care. However when asked about a couple things from my past, she didnt know. Therefore looks like she lied or I wasnt forthcoming with her.

So that begs the question - Had you told her and she forgot or ??

The embassy does not just check out the applicant, they will request info on the petitioner as well (FBI search) if they have concerns.

honestly it had not come up yet, last time i was in trouble was 15 years ago, my fault for not informing her, i understand that. i just want a denial or an issue, so i can do whats necessary, if the uscis already approved me based on my record, why now does it become an issue with this one consular, Hank I always value your opinion, do you think they will give us the visa or not? and what do i do next?....thank you
