I did my Visa interview on Friday the 8th and was approved! yay!

I know I am suppose to log in to https://usvisa-info.com/ to see What my waybill # is and when it is coming to me.

On the site it says it will show the status under my "applicant information" but there is nothing there.

I have a loomis location chosen as it shows beneath it but no additional information there either.

I tried googling the Loomis location but all loomis websites wont load. and the phone numbers don't work. I am so confused.

Loomis Information

Loomis Branch: Burnaby Loomis Branch Address:

7890 Express St.

My visa took almost two weeks from interview to actual visa in hand (from Vancouver)- my interview was the 10th of July, received my visa on July 22nd. It was delayed a bit because of computer issues that affected consulates worldwide. From what I have read though, it can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks or more, and it's all considered "normal". Has your status changed to "issued" on the CEAC website?

In terms of Loomis, I didn't get an email/waybill number until the day it actually arrived at the branch I selected to pick it up at. I got an email saying "Your passport is NOT ready to be picked up" followed shortly by a call from the office telling me to come pick it up lol.

I am still waiting for the Issued status and my status creation date was updated almost 2 weeks ago. I received a 221g at the interview but everything has been sent in and is processing as normal now. With the computer crash and a potential backlog, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes longer than normal. You might want a Plan B in case you miss your intended departure date.
