Wife is a CR-1 from Manila. Wife passed the interview on July 8. Paid the $165 Immigrant fee on July 15. She entered via LAX on July 20th. We had her Social Security Card on July 29. Still no word on the Green Card. ELIS shows no activity since the payment.

Any suggestions as to the next move?

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Ireland
Timeline

The stamp on the visa page in her passport will act as temp greencard for a year. It can take up to three months to get the physical greencard, though seldom less than 6 weeks.

Yes. Relax and wait for a couple of months.

Her passport has annotation "upon endorsement serves as temporary I-1551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year." So do not worry. She will receive welcome letter from USCIS too. Green card usually took 2 to 3 months.
