@ Janet&adonis

The RFE was because they wanted my tax transcript, bank statements, letter from work , just all my financial stuff. I gave it to them.

His combo card is in route to the house now. He starts work in 15 min. His day started off bad but hopefully it will end well.

He can not legally work in 15 min. He doesn't have an EAD card to show proof he can legally work.

He needs to have possession of the EAD card to legally work.

The card being in the mail does not authorizes him to legally work.

I-9 must be filled out no later than the first day of employment. If your husband went to work without his EAD, his employer cannot accept his I-9 so he can't begin work. If he does, he will be doing so illegally.

Well today is training (so technically that not working, is it?). The job came the day after his approval and today the mailman is dropping off the card. This happened all to fast and the employer is aware that the card is coming today. Now I have another topic that talks about the code I entered wrongly but Im hoping that USCIS corrected it.

So much going on and its happening way to fast to comprehend.

yes that I am aware of so Im trying to hold off until about 2 pm so that we can courier the card to Faycel so that he can fill out the papers. Right now its all about training and showing him around. I know its burning the candle from both ends
