Hello, we are at a loss for how to get my husband's I-94 information. He entered the US on July 4, 2014 through LAX. The entry process was very smooth and easy. We got married on July 26, 2014 and are now trying to file for his adjustment of status to a Permanent Resident. However, we are unable to find anything on his I-94. When we went to the Social Security office, they said they could not find him in the Homeland Security computer system, which is odd because we waited a month before going in to apply for a SSC. She took copies of his passport and K1 visa to send back to LAX Homeland Security, but said we could speed up the process by bringing in our I-94 form. I have looked through all of our paperwork thoroughly to double-check that we did not receive any I-94 paperwork from his entry into the country, then we tried to get his I-94 online through the USCIS Homeland Security Website, but it said "file not found." I have tried dozens of times to get this to work (and yes I am 100% sure the information I typed in is correct). Without a SSC, it is hard to proceed with my husband's AOS and without the I-94, we really cannot fill out any paperwork. I would appreciate any help at all because we are at a total loss. Help please?!

Sometimes the I-94 info is entered incorrectly, you should go back to the CBP office and ask them to rectify it.

Is this where you're looking, btw? https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

As stated, if his information does not come up in an online search of the I-94 database then you should contact the nearest CBP Deferred Inspection location to you: http://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/documents/deferred_inspection_sites_052914.xls
