I Received my NOA1 back on 7/23/2014, and I received a noticed that my fiancées alien registration number was changed, on the USCIS website it says initial review, and as of right now they have not asked me

for any additional information, im just wondering if all the paperwork and all the evidence is in order how long can I expect my visa to get approved and received my NOA2 , and start the next step which is the interview, my I-129F is being processed by the Texas Center does it always take the approximate 6 months if they don't ask for additional prove.

First of all, TSC is now backlog from I-129F petitions which means you have to wait a bit longer to get approved though now I read on VJ that they started transferring petitions to the other service center. Secondly, alien registration was changed is a normal step and USCIS assigned alien number for a beneficiary of the US citizen.

The last but not the least, USCIS is only approved for I-129F, not the K-1. I-129F is a petition for K-1 visa. After approval of I-129F then they will send it to NVC to get case number and will forward to the US embassy where the beneficiary will do the interview. At this point, the process to obtain K-1 visa has started and the beneficiary will gather all papers are needed to apply for K-1 visa. Good luck!

Great thank you,

My next question is that if USCIS does not require any further evidence is that going to make the approval of my I-129F any faster ?

Not really, no. RFE's get sent out when an adjudicating officer is actually looking at your petition. It only speeds it up by the response time of your RFE.

TSC is 5/6 months right now.
