I loathe this false dichotomy of liberal vs. conservative, republican vs. democrat, my team vs. your team.

Arguing about HOW to best bomb the rest of the world, not whether. We go on bombing and killing, the stupid people are always the ones against the bombing and killing. Unpatriotic. Terrorist sympathizers. We're always demonized for being against war.

And the result is always blowback, law of unintended conseqences, political cronies and banks getting rich. Bush was an historic disaster and committed war crimes in Iraq. The whole thing was one giant war crime. We owe reparitions and he should be tried at the Hague.

What Obama is doing now is futile and counterproductive. You cannot govern by bombs. It will inspire the rebels and help them recruit more. My God, that's guerilla war 101 level understanding of asymmetric warfare.
