Hi there,

Can anyone offer some help?

I hold a valid B2 multi entry visa (i'm British) and am marrying my gf (a US citizen) whilst in the US on my visa and therefore plan AOS. What forms do i need to fill out other than I45 I130 I864 before submitting our case ready for interview?

Cheers

It is illegal to enter the US on a non-immigrant visa with the intent to immigrate.

^^ True. Apply for a Fiance visa, start with the right foot.

Was there intent to emmigrate?

We do not have the full story.

The OP asked a similar question about 2.5 years ago, so I would suggest that 'intent to emmigrate' has been there for a long time!

But it probably depends on where he is right now.

I don't seem to be able to find that post. Was it under a different name?

Looks like the OP has some memory loss. As Merrytooth pointed out, their question was well answered 2.5 years ago. And as far as I am aware, immigration procedures and laws have not changed dramatically in that time.
